If you are having problems downloading a file follow these instructions.

After you click on the file you need look up at the top of your browser, underneath the tabs. There should be a yellow bar, LEFT click on that yellow bar and then LEFT click to download the file. This will download the file to your download location. Most of the time this will be in the Download folder of your user. It might be located on your desktop. If you have changed the location you should go there to find the file.
